Noval started from one observation. Nigeria’s best professionals know more than almost anyone, and almost all of them sell that knowledge one hour at a time.
Lawyers, doctors, accountants and consultants already have the expertise, the reputation and the people who trust them. They don’t have the time to become product managers, designers, developers and media buyers as well. So the knowledge stays locked in their calendars.
Noval does that work for them. We take what you know, shape it into a product people pay for, and build the system that sells it. One team is accountable for all of it.
